This check falls in roster period 7, October 26-27. Period 8 starts October 27 at 7:30 p.m. Eastern. Confirm which period a change would affect and each player's eligibility first. Current health and individual locks are not verified here, so keep any locked lineup unchanged.
Follow Jones's recovery and practice updates before the next eligible lineup period. Rachaad White is another active bench option. An active injury designation does not establish workload or make one of them the automatic replacement.

Before you start
Custom apps need developer mode, which OpenAI offers on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans on the web. In a Business workspace only admins can use it, and on Enterprise or Education an admin grants access. ChatGPT runs custom apps on the web only, not in its phone apps. League Loom is free, but it does not include a ChatGPT subscription.
ESPN private leagues need espn_s2 and SWID cookies copied from a desktop browser, and public ones only the league URL. Sleeper needs a username. Fantrax uses the league URL and an optional Secret ID.
Choose the leagues you want ChatGPT to read. Select your team for personal roster checks, or leave it unselected for a league overview. Verify the season in the first response, especially in a sport whose season has just rolled over.
ChatGPT can read NBA points and category leagues from ESPN, Sleeper and Fantrax, plus ESPN WNBA leagues. When a provider leaves out per-player stat categories, tell ChatGPT to say so rather than estimate them for a punt build.
League Loom reads Sleeper for NFL and NBA only, so connect hockey from ESPN or Fantrax. ChatGPT gets rosters, standings, matchups and the free-agent pool, but not confirmed goalie starts or full NHL schedules; check those yourself.
Connect MLB leagues from ESPN or Fantrax. ChatGPT can compare available hitters and pitchers with your roster, and Fantrax leagues may add player salaries. Fantrax matchup scores need a publicly viewable league or your Fantrax session cookie saved at setup.

Ask ChatGPT to list your connected leagues, providers, seasons and selected teams. If one is absent, reopen setup and check the account, sport and season you chose.
Copy the weekly newsletter or lineup check from the prompt library. Each tells ChatGPT to read the roster, scoring and matchup first and to name any missing section.
Follow up on one decision, like an add and drop or a lineup slot. Ask ChatGPT to keep provider facts, outside news and its judgment apart, then make any move in your fantasy platform.
Out of the box, ChatGPT answers fantasy questions from general knowledge. Adding League Loom as a custom app gives it the rosters, standings, matchups and available players your provider returns for the leagues you choose, across basketball, hockey, baseball and football, up to 25 leagues per platform.
Select League Loom in the chat, ask ChatGPT to load the roster and settings before it recommends anything, and have it separate provider data from outside news. Every league tool only reads or analyzes, so lineup changes, trades and waiver claims stay in your fantasy app.
Before you connect
In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode. Then go to Plugins (chatgpt.com/plugins; some accounts show Apps instead) and select the + button. Name it League Loom, paste https://leagueloom.com/mcp as the MCP server URL, choose OAuth for authentication, tick I understand and want to continue, and click Create. Finish the sign-in and choose your leagues, then pick League Loom under Developer mode in a chat's + menu.

Not through the ChatGPT phone apps today. OpenAI's help center says custom MCP apps like League Loom run on ChatGPT on the web only, so ask from ChatGPT on the web, usually on a computer. If you want to ask from a phone app, add the same connector to Claude, whose iOS and Android apps can use it.

Add the connector on a computer: claude.ai or Claude Desktop, or ChatGPT on the web. What works on a phone afterward depends on the assistant. In Claude, a connector added on the web or desktop is also available in the Claude iOS and Android apps, so you can ask about your leagues from your phone. In ChatGPT, custom apps like League Loom currently run only on the web, not in the ChatGPT phone apps.
