Most League Loom problems are fixed by reconnecting your AI app or refreshing a platform credential in setup. Try the matching fix below first. If it does not help, email support@leagueloom.com with the details listed below.
Try these first
Choose Connect or Reconnect in Claude or ChatGPT, then choose I already have a League Loom token and paste your current token. If you no longer have it, open setup, choose Edit my existing setup or Email me a sign-in link if you turned on email recovery, and save to get a new token. In other AI apps, disconnect League Loom and connect it again with the new token.
ESPN signs your browser out from time to time, and the espn_s2 and SWID cookies League Loom uses expire with it. Copy fresh cookies from a signed-in ESPN tab, open setup, choose Edit my existing setup, paste them and save. Within a minute Claude and ChatGPT ask you to reconnect: choose I already have a League Loom token and paste the new one.
There are three usual causes. The league is private and no Fantrax session cookie is saved: Fantrax needs one, or public viewing, for live scores, league points and transactions. The saved cookie expired: sign in to Fantrax, copy FX_RM again and save it with Edit my existing setup. Or the league was renewed for a new season and now has a new league id: add the renewed league in setup.
League Loom reads a private Fantrax league with the FX_RM session cookie you saved at setup, and Fantrax ends that session when it signs you out. Sign in at fantrax.com on a computer, copy FX_RM again (DevTools, Application, Cookies, filter for FX_RM), open setup, choose Edit my existing setup, paste it and save. Within a minute Claude and ChatGPT ask you to reconnect: choose I already have a League Loom token and paste the new one. Never paste the cookie into a chat.
Open setup and choose Edit my existing setup to add the league, pick your team again, or update the season. Your saved leagues, teams and rules load so you only change what is wrong.
Each platform shares different data. Check what your platform and sport return before treating a gap as a bug; League Loom says what it could not read instead of guessing.
ChatGPT runs custom apps like League Loom only on the web. Ask from ChatGPT in a browser, or use Claude, whose phone apps can use League Loom once you add it on the web or desktop.

Never send your League Loom connection token, ESPN cookies or Fantrax Secret ID. Anyone holding the token can read your leagues, so it is treated like a password. We will never ask for it.
